  1. Hi Micah, I like how you have used the robot as the main thing in your writing, also lots of descriptive words. Well done.

  2. Hi Micah
It seems that a lot of boys have chosen this picture to describe! Why did you choose this picture? You used a lot of descriptive words. Well done Micah!

  3. There is some great descriptive writing there Micah. But here is my question. Why are there wheels on the robot? Is it like a Transformer?

  4. Kia ora Micah,
You should be exceedingly proud of your efforts with this descriptive writing piece!
Descriptive writing is so important because it adds detail and information to a story, which in turn helps the reader visualise the story in their head.
Words such as ‘big’, ‘dark’, ‘tiny’ and ‘thick’ are all excellent examples of some of the descriptive language you managed to incorporate into your writing.
Did you base this writing off of the image you included, or did you add the image after your writing?
You mentioned how lots of people are looking at the robot. If a huge robot appeared in front of you, would you stay and look or run away? Why?
You also mentioned how the robot was silver, grey and had red springs. What exactly do you think the red springs were for?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
    Keep up the great work!
    Nga mihi
