The Present

We are learning to retell stories.   We had to draw a picture after we had wrote our story.

Arrays

We are learning about arrays. An array is a set that shows groups in rows and columns. It was easy when I had to do the repeated addition.

Vocab Activity

We are learning about the word flit.  Flit means to move from place to place.

WorthWhile Maths

We are learning about repeating patterns.  A repeating pattern is a pattern that is repeated.

Reciprocal Reading

We are doing reciprocal reading.  Reciprocal reading is when we are reading in groups and get reading jobs.  The first job is the leader.  The leader decides who will do each job.  They introduce the text and make sure everyone is able to join in.  The next job is the predictor.  The predictor uses information from the cover and the text to predict what will happen in the book.  After the predictors job is the questioner.  The questioner thinks about what you already know, would like to know and what you need to know and they ask questions.  The next job is the clarifier.  The clarifier identifies any confusing words, sentences and ideas and they need to think about how to find a solution.  Last but not lest is the summariser.  The summariser identifies the important parts of the text.  What was the problem, how was it solved and what did we learn?  The hardest job for my is the questioner.

In Lockdown 2020

These are some things I did in lockdown.  When I went back to school I started to do this.  At the start it was hard then it got easier.  At the start I had to put all the photos in my media then I had to go into wevido and put the photos from my media into wevido.  It was hard.  Then I had to record my self in the school library then I was done.  Thank you for watching my wevido.

When I am famous I will be the fastest person in the world because I would have practised.

When I am famous I will be the best lego maker in the world because I made a lego rocket.                                                                                                                             

When I am famous I will be the tallest person in the world because I drank a special potion.

When I am famous I will be the best eater in the world because I will be so skinny.
When I am famous I will be the best policeman in the world because I caught all the bad robbers in the world.

When I am famous I will be the best fireman in the world because I put out all the biggest fires in the world.

I have been learning to not stack stuff on my computer, not to hold your computer by the lid and to not put food or water close to your computer.

My Art

I used all of the colours that were there.There was blue, green, orange, yellow and red. We used dye.  I used a paint brush to put the dye on my art. I felt happy because I had finished and it looked good.
