These are the things that I found for the scavenger hunt. It was hard to find them. I couldn't find a hexagon, so I had to make one out of paper. It was quite hard to make it because I couldn't get it into the right shape. It had 6 sides.

Scavenger hunts can be so much fun Micah. What good thinking it was to make your own hexagon when you could not find one. What other shapes did you find? I am wondering if I might have any hexagonal shapes at my house I might go check. Keep blogging Micah.

Well done Micah. I really like how you thought that you could have a go at making a hexagon when you couldn't find one. A hexagon shape is a hard one to find around the house. What was the easiest thing for you to find?

Scavenger hunts were activities I enjoyed a lot when I was younger, and quite often I would have scavenger hunts with my next-door neighbours, running around trying to find all of the objects on our lists.
Was this scavenger hunt for school, or did you just decide to have one at home?
Quite often scavenger hunts have a theme. Was the theme of your scavenger hunt shapes?
It was ingenious of you to make your own hexagon out of paper. I can imagine how hard it must’ve been to try and make the six-sided shape, and I applaud you on your hard work and determination to complete the hunt!
